Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour are eligible for a full refund.
Late cancellations may be subject to cancellation fees.
If we cancel a tour due to exceptional circumstances, clients will receive a refund or the option to reschedule.

BSIT is not responsible for delays or modifications caused by external factors (weather conditions, traffic, etc.).
We do not guarantee that the information provided on the website is always up-to-date or error-free.
